Not sure if these talk pages are replied to like messages at forums or if you edit them like you edit templates (using == or === signs between replies), but I guess I can reply here. Anyways, the point on this is to be as close to thePPN's wiki while not "being" thePPN. In other words, I'd like to try a few unique ideas here, but following what thePPN did just simply ''worked'', so it'll be up to future contributors to make it something special. There are a few pages like the [[Utada Hikaru|Hikki]] page which don't look the same, but I know Delirium-Zer0's trying her own approach for the Ayu page. I've spoken with both Wapiko and DarkScorpion who've agreed to this, with Wapiko hopefully posting an announcement [http://community.livejournal.com/theppnwiki here] sometime today. Should this wiki be as big as thePPN, that's great, but I do understand if people have doubts about this place since it's only been around for about a month. In time, however, I hope we can be a reputable source of Asian music info, as well as gaining the trust of future users with a reliable site that backups regularly.

| − | Womby unfortunately has been unreachable for months. I realize he has his own problems to worry about in life (supposedly 10-14 hour days), it's unlikely he can help with providing any sort of backup. Only DS has a backup from 2005, so I'll try and get that up to move any articles that aren't here yet. Still, this is a pretty huge project to take on. Despite being able to port over about 50+ articles a day, thePPN had about 18,000 before vanishing. It'll take more help than just the 4-5 current contributors, but I know thePPN had a few thousand users.
