"XIAH" is XIAH junsu first solo single. It was released in three versions: CD+DVD edition , CD only edition and a mu-mo CD Only edition. First presses of the CD+DVD edition come with one random jacket size photocard (1 of 6, as opposed to the 1 of 3 in both (CD+DVD, CD Only) regular editions) and a bonus Off-Shot Movie, first press editions of the CD only edition come with a 8 page booklet.
The first track "Intoxication" was used as insert song for the dorama Beautiful Love ~Kimiga Ireba~, which stars fellow group member Yoochun, and second track of the CD+DVD edition "Kimi ga Ireba ~Beautiful Love~" was used as theme song for it. Second track of the CD Only edition "Kanashimi no Yukue", used as theme song for Gonengo no Love Letter dorama
