"Yume no Balloon" is a pop song recorded by Hayashibara Megumi. The song was recorded as a image song for the character Saotome Ranma from Ranma ½ anime. It is the tenth song from the Ranma Nettou Utagassen (Hot Song Contest).

Hayashibara has stated that she sung the song off-key on purpose.
