Yumemiru Dancing Doll is the debut single released by the Fairies sub-unit M Three. It was released in 6 versions, CD+DVD, CD+Photobook, CD Only, and three editions only sold at mu-mo store: CD+Goods, including a clear file, CD Only, which first presses feature one random (1 of 4) labeled disc (3 individual + 1 group), and a special 5Disc Set edition including the four labeled discs and the CD+Photobook edition. First presses for the CD+DVD and the CD Only editions include a random (1 of 9) photocard. The title track was used the ending theme for the television show Akkoniomakase!.
