Z-BOYS (지-걸스) is an international project boy group formed by the South Korean-based company Zenith Media Contents under the project name "Z-POP DREAM". The name "Z-Pop" is a reference to the project's target audience, Generation Z, though they take heavily from the practices of Korean pop.
