ayaka's History 2006-2009 is the first best album released by ayaka. It came in three versions: a 2CD+Photobook, 2CD+DVD, and a CD only version. The 2CD+Photobook version includes a deluxe photobook with photos and message from ayaka. The 2CD+DVD version includes a bonus disc with tracks selected by fan votes and a piano version of "Minna Sora no Shita". It also includes a bonus DVD with music videos, interviews and a live performance on April 22, 2009. Fans who voted were automatically entered for a chance to win a "Twenty Million Records Gold Disc" that is not for sale. It was the #6 best selling album of 2009.
ayaka's History 2006-2009 has been certified Million by RIAJ for shipment of 1,000,000 copies.
