Information
savage genius was formed in 2001 by Aa and Takumi. They won AXIA Artist Audition 01 AXIA Shou in 2001 and signed with Warner Music Japan. In February 2002, the band debuted with the single Orange but after two singles with Warner Music, savage genius transfered to Victor Entertainment's sub-label flying DOG. They released Omoi wo Kanadete, their first single with flying DOG in October 2004. On the November 30th, 2007, Takumi announced his retirement from savage genius, making Aa the only member left in the group. Since then, Aa is collaborating with other artists for composing works.
