"C" is Nakayama Miho's debut single. The title song was used as the theme song for the TBS TV dorama Natsu Taiken Monogatari which Nakayama starred in. The song would help Nakayama win the Rookie of the Year Ward at the 27th Nihon Record Taisho. The single reached #12 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 18 weeks, selling over 170,000 copies. The single also reached #67 on the yearly Oricon chart for 1985.
