『Seiko Smile』 Seiko Matsuda 25th Anniversary Best Selection is Matsuda Seiko's 26th best album. The album was released by Universal Music Japan after Matsuda moved back to Sony Music Japan. For the cover art it was used a photo of Matsuda taken in 2001 in Maui. First press comes housed in a digipack. The album reached #26 on Oricon charts and charted for 6 weeks.
