"Bokutachi no Uta" is the fifth single released by Sako Tomohisa. It was released in four versions: a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD Only edition whose first press came with a special cover artwork and an original T calendar (randomly selected from 3 kinds), and two limited anime editions housed in digipacks and coming with two different calendars depending on the version you get. The title track was used as the ending theme song for the anime "Zetsuen no Tempest".
The single reached #17 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 4 weeks, selling 6,323 copies.
