"Connectus and selfish" is the 10th single released by BACK-ON. The single includes as B-sides a re-recorded version of their sixth single, "flyaway", "We are..." previously included on their second album HELLO WORLD, and BAReeeeeeeeeeN's "Ashiato", which was released three years earlier in 2008. The song "We are..." was included on the single, as it was used as Touhoku Egao Project Infomercials' theme song after the album's release. The single reached #168 on the Oricon weekly charts, and charted for one week.
