Information

DEEP GIRL was formed from Fuji Television Network's show "Deep Girl". They started out as an 8 girl group, but Renren left before they made their debut and joined Saishuu Mirai Heiki mofu instead.

The group stated that if their first single is not within the top 10 of Oricon's weekly chart they will disband. Their first single "Deep Girl" was released on July 8, 2015. The single made it to #13 with its first week of sales, selling 5,848 copies.

On October 18th, 2015, Yuuyu graduated from the group and joined the idol unit Iketeru Heart.

The news of the release of their second single was announced in the fall of 2015, set for a release in Febuary 2016. On January 14th, it was announced that Erina was suspended due to various circumstances, but the planned release of a her edition of the single would still be available for purchase. Her graduation from the group was announced on the official web site on February 28th.

Hinapisu graduated shortly after, at their One-man live in late March.

In January 2017, Mashiro withdrew from the group and joined the idol group cy8er. Non withdrew shortly after.

In July, their official website disappeared and an announcement was stated on twitter saying the group was going to disband after their farewell concert on September 4th.
