Day & Night is Janice's debut album. All the songs on the album are covers of Leon Lai's songs, although the majority of the covers are done in English rather than Cantonese. An exception is Ching Sam Suet Wa Mei Chang Jang Gong, which was sung in both Cantonese and English (Track 2 and Track 12).
