DOROTHY is the fifth studio album released by Onitsuka Chihiro, and it's her second and final album with Universal Music. It was produced by famed Japanese rock musician Sakamoto Masayuki. The song "STEAL THIS HEART" used as a promotional single for the record and received a music video. The album is described as having the most unified sound out of all of Onitsuka's studio albums, and is also noted as having her most complex and diverse arrangements to date. DOROTHY also shows the restrengthening of her vocals, which were weakened from her throat surgery and emaciation during the LAS VEGAS era.
