"Fallen" is the fifth single released by EGOIST. It was released in a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD Only edition. The title track was used as the ending theme for the anime PSYCHO-PASS 2. The single reached #9 on the Oricon charts and charted for twelve weeks.
