First Story is the first studio album released by Sugawara Sayuri. Two songs from her previous mini-album, Kimi ni Okuru Uta, "Kimi ni Okuru Uta" and "Koi" were also featured in this album. The limited edition includes a bonus DVD with footage of her special live at Daikanyama UNIT and a music video. The album reached #14 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for six weeks, selling 19,515 copies.
