"FLASH BACK" is the ninth full-length album released by capsule. This is the first album of original material since capsule's temporary hiatus in the summer of 2007; as this has a strong 1980's sound. This album is also similar to the tracklisting of "capsule rmx", having only nine songs instead of the usual 10. The limited first pressings grants a mirror-like special cover design. The album reached #20 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for 18 weeks and sold 37,915 copies.
