"Graduater" is the tenth single released by Shiina Hekiru. The song was first performed live in 1996 on Shiina's "Starting Legend '96 Summer Special" tour. Since then the song had become a fan favorite. This was the lead-in single for Shiina's sixth album, "Baby blue eyes". It is also the first song that Shiina has worked with DAITA (former guitartist of SIAM SHADE) on, where he played guitar. The b-side, "Hare Nochi I Miss You" has been described as a light sweet pop song. The single was re-released on 2004.09.29, in a 12cm CD format.
The single reached #20 on the Oricon charts and stayed on the charts for a total of four weeks. This single sold a total of 31,920 copies. The re-released failed to chart on the Oricon.

Music Video
The music video for "Graduater" features Shiina walking down a runway. It eventually shows Shiina standing next to a plane, which near the end of the video flys down the runway.
