IDOL is DEAD is the second album (first major) released by BiS. The album was released in three versions: two CD+DVD versions (Movie & MV editions) and one CD only version (CD edition). The CD+DVD versions came in limited and regular editions. The first press limited editions and CD Only edition came with one of six random mini-life photographs. The album reached #30 on the Oricon charts and charted for three weeks. Tracks 6,8, and 12 were resung with the lineup present for the album.
