"KISAKI CHRONICLE ~Eien Naru Gen'ei no Kanzen Kiroku~" is the fourth other single and eighth book released by Phantasmagoria. It is a Book+CD format, with the book being 144 pages and including: Phantasmagoria's then last photoshoot and interview, all of Phantasmagoria and KISAKI's solo project articles run in SHOXX, a KISAKI personal interview, and a rare La:Sadie's interview. It also includes a A4 sized poster. This was initially only available though SHOXX magazine mail-order on September 1st, 2007, but was made available though retailers starting two months later.
