"Kanojo no Gensou" is the first EP released by Uesaka Sumire. It was released in four versions: a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD edition, and two limited anime CD editions. The song "Riverside Lovers (Naraku no Koi)" was used as the second ending theme for the anime Houzuki no Reitetsu, while the song "Antithesis Escape" was used as the opening theme for the anime URAHARA.
