"Kaze ga Fuku Oka" is the eighth single released by Shiina Hekiru. The b-side "Phoenix", has been described as a face paced rock song. Two days after the single was released, a special concert held at the martial arts mansion. The single was re-released on 2004.09.29, in a 12cm CD format.
This single reached #30 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of five weeks. This single sold a total of 36,061 copies.
