Love & Ballad Selection is the first concept album released by Shibasaki Kou. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition with a 36-page booklet and a regular CD-only edition. The album features love songs, ballads, cover songs, and two new songs, "mizu-umi ~Mizu no Kotae~" and "with you".
