The title track was used as the ending theme song for the TV programs Onegai! Ranking and Rokemitsu The World, and as the commercial song for H.I.S. Super Summer Sale Last Campaign and Amo's Style by Triumph Yumemiru Bra. "LOVER" was used as H.I.S. commercial song and "Volare ~ Nel Blu, Dipinto Di Blu (Japanese ver)" was used as Kirin's Tanrei <Nama> commercial song. This is their first single under avex trax. The single reached #4 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 8 weeks.
