The title of the original video upload was "Mermaid Utattemita *Chobitto rap Shite Mita" (マーメイド うたってみた *ちょびっとラップしてみた; Mermaid Cover Song *I tried to rap a little). The description said simply, "Warning, I'm not good at Vocaloid arrangements". She also thanked another song creator for the chorus.
