"My Resistance -Tashikanamono- / Unmei Girl" is the sixth single released by Kis-My-Ft2. It was released in five versions, two limited CD+DVD editions, Limited A edition and Limited B edition, a regular CD Only edition, a CD Only edition only sold at their official store, and a CD+DVD 7&I Limited Edition. The "Kiss My Shop Edition" includes an alternate cover and a chopsticks. The song "My Resistance -Tashikanamono-" was used as the theme song for the drama Nobunaga No Chef starring a member of the group (Tamamori Yuta), while "Unmei Girl" was the CM song tie-in with Seven & I and their Valentine's Fair.
The single is certified Platinum for shipment of 250,000 copies.
