Oshiro Mitsue (大城光恵) is a Japanese pop singer-songwriter, as well as former lyricist and composer. She started her career out by composing the song "Ai Dancer" for Honda Mio. The song won the 24th popular song contest held by Yamaha on October 3rd 1982. Ten years after Oshiro first step on to the music scene, she made her solo debut with, "Chunen yo Taishi wo Dake ". In 1995 after the release of her last single, she gave up her career and moved back to Miyazaki. As of 2008 she has started to perform locally again, but hasn't announced a full fledged comeback.
