The single comes in one format, CD+DVD and is sold exclusively at Dream's live performances and through mu-mo. Perfect Girls is the theme song to Wangan Midnight: The Movie a live-action film based on the popular "Wangan Midnight" manga. To The Top is the theme song of the Japanese DVD release of Prison Break Season 4.
