"Ppalgan Nal" is Norazo's tenth digital single. The single includes a metal, as well as a dance version of the song. Instead of releasing a music video, the duo released an UCC video for their single, which features member Lee Hyuk singing his part as he eats ramen. It has been reported that the production cost for the UCC was 1 man won ($10~USD). Without any preparations, Lee Hyuk sat down to record the UCC video in the studio with member JoBin taking charge in recording. This video was a surprise gift to their fans.
