REAL is the seventh studio album released by Nakashima Mika. It was released in a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. "Kioku" was used as Casio Sheen commercial song and "Epilogue" was used as the ending theme song for the TV program GRACE OF JAPAN ~Shizen no Naka no Kami~. The album reached #1 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 16 weeks.
The album is certified Gold for shipment of 100,000 copies.
