"Rock'n Rouge" is Matsuda Seiko's 16th single. The title track was used as Kanebo CM song. The single was re-released in CD format in 2004 including the instrumental tracks. It reached #1 on Oricon charts and sold 674,000 copies, becoming the #3 single of 1984. The re-edition CD reached #115 and charted for one week.
