"Shiawase no Katachi" is the third major single (11th overall) released by THE Possible and their last single to feature Ohse Kaede. It was released in two versions, a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD Only edition. The title track was used as theme song for the TV show Ongaku Senshi MUSIC FIGHTER and as the opening theme to the Playstation 2 game Hyakko Yorozu Jikenbo!.
