"sign" is the debut single released by Ray. It was released in two versions, a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD Only edition. The tittle track was used as the opening theme for the anime series Ano Natsu de Matteru. The single reached #11 on the weekly Oricon chart, and it continued to rank for a total of nine weeks, selling 16,899 copies.
