Sign Music is the third cover album released by Shimatani Hitomi. It features covers of Japanese children's songs produced by Nozaki Ryota from Jazztronik. The regular CD only edition contains 11 songs from traditional songs such as "Furusato", "Oborozukiyo" to songs that provide feelings for the different seasons in Japan such as "Soushunhu" and "Aka Tombo". The limited CD+DVD edition contains 10 songs and includes a bonus CD featuring Premium meets Premium, a concert held at Hamarikyu Hall in July of 2011, which contains 16 songs total and a bonus DVD with almost the same contents as the bonus CD. The album reached #67 on the Oricon charts and charted for 2 weeks.
