signs of fragment is the second mini-album released by Phantasmagoria. It was released in a CD+DVD only format. This was released on the same day as the mini-album subjective or ideal. Like the other mini-album this includes new recordings and re-masterings of previously released songs, signs of fragment features songs in compilations. This is a limited release having only 10,000 copies. The mini-album reached #274 on the major Oricon chart, where it charted for a week.
