"SMILE" is the sixth album released by Suga Shikao. The limited edition of this album came with a SHIKAO AND THE FAMILY SUGAR special live disc. The album reached #2 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 15 weeks, selling 171,817 copies in 2003 and making the #94 album of the year.
