STARTING LEGEND '96 SUMMER SPECIAL is the second concert video released by Shiina Hekiru. The video was released in both a VHS and a laser disc format. The video was taken from Shiina's August 29th 1996 at the POP-STOCK in Tokyo. Unlike Shiina's first concert video, STARTING LEGEND "DASH", this concert features song from all of her albums and not just her most recent one.
