"STARTING OVER" is Dorothy Little Happy's second album. It was released in three versions: a CD+DVD which included a digest of their 2013 live, a CD only which included a 48 page photo booklet, and a limited mu-mo and event version. The song STARTING OVER was used on the Nippon TV program Music Dragon, the Nippon TV program Poshure Department Store Shin'ya Mise February opening theme and the Terebiiwate Nedara X February opening theme. The song Koi wa Hashiri Dashita was used in a CM for Honda cars.
