In 1989, Lanlan Suzuki entered the Miss Champion contest, but became the runner up, with the winner being Miyauchi Tomomi. Later that year she made her debut as a commercial model, working in such ads for hair products.

In the early 1990s she became more popular with roles in various doramas, films, and variety shows like Downtown and Ponkikies. On Ponkikies is where she and Amuro Namie formed the duo Sister Rabbits. In 1994, Suzuki made her musical debut under the name TOo's with the single, "MAGIC OF LOVE", which was used as a theme to a popular anime.

Suzuki made her release under her stage name in 1995 with the single "Nakanaize". In 2000, she begin to act for theatre shows.
