Sweet Home Rock'n Roll Tour is the second video and first concert released by YUKI. It was filmed live at Zepp Tokyo show on September 30th 2004 as part of her second solo show Sweet Home Rock'n Roll Tour. The DVD reached #6 on the weekly Oricon chart, and it continued to rank for a total of fifteen weeks.
