Sweet Memories '93 is Matsuda Seiko's 21st album. The album includes remakes of older songs, all sang in a ballad style. The song "Twinkle Star, Shining Star" is a Christmas song duet between Matsuda and her 6 years old daughter SAYAKA. The album reached #12 on Oricon charts and charted for 7 weeks, selling 83,800 copies.
