Their Rooms is JYJ's first Korean album, released as a special Music Essay Album. All the songs were written and composed by JYJ members. The album comes housed in a special packaging (224 pages) including a diary planner, JYJ photos, and personal essays written by the members, which make direct relation with the songs included on the album.
The album was intended to be released on January 15th, however it was pushed back nine days to January 24th. The reason behind the release delay was the big demand on pre-orders, which reached 150,000 copies.
