"TinkerBell" is the debut Japanese single released by April. It was released in four versions: a limited special CD+DVD edition, two regular CD editions, and a limited CD+DVD+SPECIAL BOOKLET fanclub edition that comes with a 60-page booklet. The original version of the title track was released in April 2016 on the group's second Korean mini-album Spring, and the coupling track was originally released in May 2017 on their second Korean single "MAYDAY".
