"Tsukiyo no Shouzou" is Kuriyama Chiaki's fifth single. The song was written and composed by Shiina Ringo who Kuriyama worked with on her previous single "Oishii Kisetsu / Ketteiteki Sanpunkan". The single reached #62 on the Oricon weekly charts where it charted for 2 weeks. This is Kuriyama's first single not to have more than one edition.
