  • She originally signed an exclusive contract as a trainee under Dread Alliance Entertainment in 2019 and was preparing to debut in a group in January 2022, but she ended up choosing to leave the company and terminate her contract. This spurred Dread Alliance to announce a lawsuit to claim damages against her. She countered with a lawsuit of her own, identifying several breaches of contract. Emma ultimately won the lawsuit.
