1991 Concert Tour Amusement Park is Matsuda Seiko's 9th live video release. It was filmed at Nippon Budokan on June 21, 1991. The recording includes a new song in Matsuda discography, "Into The Groove", a Madonna's cover. The concert was released in DVD format in 2005 as part of the 25th Anniversary Seiko Matsuda PREMIUM DVD BOX.
