An album can mean many things, but typically it refers to a CD-based full-length album. Full-length albums are typically 11-20 songs, depending on the track time, however they can range from 2 songs to 30 or more. The most accurate way of determining a full-length album, however, is the length of the whole recording. Standard compact discs can hold 80 minutes of music, full albums are typically 65 minutes or more long.
