ALL LEAD TRACKS is the first mini-album released by MY FIRST STORY. It was released in four versions: a limited CD edition, a regular CD edition, a limited CD+DVD official members club STORYTELLER edition, and a CD+DVD+Goods Hortensia Saga edition only sold on Amazon. The song "LET IT DIE" was used as the theme for the video game of the same name; the song "REVIVER" was used as a theme song for the Nippon TV program Sukkiri!! and as well as the mobile game Hortensia Saga -Aoi no Kishidan-; the song "Kono Sekai de Ichiban no Shiawase Mono ni wa Suru Koto Nado Dekinai Kamo Shirenai Kedo..." was used as an ending theme for the TV program BUZZ RHYTHM; and the song "The Storyteller" was used as the theme for their first documentary film MY FIRST STORY DOCUMENTARY FILM -Zenshin-.

The mini-album peaked at #24 on the Oricon weekly albums chart and charted for a total of four weeks.
