"Bara no You ni Saite Sakura no You ni Chitte" is the 74. single recorded by Matsuda Seiko, and is a collaboration with Japanese rock musician YOSHIKI of X JAPAN fame. It was released in three versions: the limited CD+DVD Type A, the limited CD+Poster Type B, and the regular two track CD edition. The song was used as the theme to the TBS drama Seiseisuru Hodo, Aishiteru, and it is her first drama theme in 20 years. The single reached #6 on the weekly Oricon chart, it continued to rank for a total of twelve weeks, and was the #29 best selling single of September 2016. It is her 33rd single to rank in the Top 10, and Matsuda's first since 2000's "True Love Story / Sayonara no KISS wo Wasurenai".
