"DIVE TO BLUE" is L'Arc~en~Ciel's ninth single. It reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and sold 812,980 copies, becoming the #26 single of 1998. It charted for 35 weeks and sold a total of 859,035 copies.
This single was re-released in 12cm format on August 30th 2006, as part of their 15th anniversary campaign. The first press was a picture-label disc.
